    Konflikt jako naturalny element procesu grupowego

Podczas spotkania uczestnicy między innymi:

  • poszerzą wiedzę dotyczącą zasad mediacji, technik oraz przebiegu  spotkania mediacyjnego,
  • poznają sposoby i style rozwiązywania konfliktów w organizacji,
  • omówią znaczenie umiejętności rozwiązywania konfliktów dla funkcjonowania grupy i w grupie.
