Rosnąca konkurencja, globalizacja, oraz powstanie społeczeństwa opartego na wiedzy sprawiają, że świat charakteryzuje się głębokimi społecznymi, ekonomicznymi i technologicznymi zmianami. Zachodzą one wszędzie, a innowacje ułatwiają proces adaptacji do tych zmian, grają podstawową rolę nie tylko w poprawie jakości, ale także sprzyjają bardziej efektywnej pracy zespołowej oraz szybkiemu komunikowaniu i uczeniu się.

 

Łódzkie Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli i Kształcenia Praktycznego serdecznie zaprasza nauczycieli szkół podstawowych na warsztaty metodyczne zaplanowane w ramach XIX Łódzkich Targów Edukacyjnych:

Innowacje pedagogiczne w edukacji

 

Celem warsztatów jest zapoznanie uczestników z cechami działalności innowacyjnej oraz zainspirowanie do tworzenia i wdrażania w placówkach własnych, autorskich innowacji pedagogicznych. Podczas spotkania zostaną zaprezentowane różne rodzaje innowacji pedagogicznych. Nauczyciele poznają strukturę oraz procedury tworzenia innowacji.

Po warsztatach uczestnicy będą potrafili:

  • wskazać cechy działalności innowacyjnej,
  • określić różnice między typami innowacji pedagogicznych,
  • zbudować strukturę własnej planowanej innowacji,
  • wymienić procedury zgłaszania innowacji pedagogicznych zgodnie z obowiązującą podstawą prawą.
