Warsztaty Formy relaksacyjne na lekcjach wychowania fizycznego – Trilo Chi

WARSZTATY DLA NAUCZYCIELI WYCHOWANIA FIZYCZNEGO W SZKOŁACH PODSTAWOWYCH
 
 
Zapraszamy nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego w szkołach podstawowych, na warsztaty Formy relaksacyjne na lekcjach wychowania fizycznego – TRILO CHI.
 
Organizatorem spotkania jest Ewa Sprawka - doradca metodyczny w ŁCDNiKP we współpracy z Małgorzatą Budziejewską – nauczycielką w Szkole Podstawowej nr 116.
 
Podczas zajęć uczestnicy poznają podstawowe elementy TRILO CHI, które są połączeniem fitnessu, yogi i stretchingu. Nauczą się łączyć je w proste układy choreograficzne. W drugiej części zajęć zaprezentowane zostaną ćwiczenia wzmacniające mięśnie posturalne oraz metoda masażu piłką rehabilitacyjną. Wszystkie wykorzystane podczas zajęć rozwiązania organizacyjno - metodyczne można wykorzystać w części końcowej lekcji, jako element uspakajający organizm po wysiłku albo podczas całej lekcji ukierunkowując ją na rozwijanie umiejętności radzenia sobie ze stresem.
 
Zajęcia odbędą się 27.10.2021 r. w Szkole Podstawowej nr 162 ul. Powszechna 15 w godzinach 16.15 – 18.30
 
Ze względu na specyfikę zajęć (uczestnicy wykonują wszystkie ćwiczenia), prosimy o zabranie stroju sportowego.
