Zapraszamy  Nauczycieli wychowania fizycznego i uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych na 5 godzinne warsztaty metodyczne

SPORTY CAŁEGO ŻYCIA I WYPOCZYNEK -  III TURNIEJ SZKÓŁ PONADGIMNAZJALNYCH W SPORTACH SIŁOWYCH

 

Udział w warsztatach umożliwi:

  • nabycie umiejętności organizacyjnych imprez sportowych,
  • upowszechnianie i popularyzowanie wśród młodzieży sportów siłowych (crossfit, kulturystykę),
  • zachęci do aktywnej formy spędzania czasu wolnego,
  • otrzymanie  zaświadczenia za udział w spotkaniu warsztatowym.

W ramach turnieju rozegrane zostaną dwie konkurencje:

  • wyciskanie sztangi w pozycji leżącej,
  • podciąganie na drążku.

 

Spotkanie odbędzie się 20 marca 2015 roku (piątek)  o godzinie 1000 w Zespole Szkół Techniczno-Informatycznych w Łodzi, al. Politechniki 37. Koordynatorem spotkania jest Teresa Libiszewska – Gozdan – doradca ŁCDNiKP, za przeprowadzenie zawodów odpowiedzialni będą Andrzej Chrząstek, Katarzyna Jurgas, Małgorzata Krukowska
i  Bartłomiej Szczepaniak - nauczyciele ZSTI.

Gościem specjalnym zawodów będzie Pan Wiesław Czerski - mistrz świata w kulturystyce.
