KONSULTACJE GRUPOWE DLA DYREKTORÓW I NAUCZYCIELI SZKÓŁ NA TEMAT RYNKU PRACY I JEGO POTRZEB

KONSULTACJE GRUPOWE DLA DYREKTORÓW I NAUCZYCIELI SZKÓŁ NA TEMAT RYNKU PRACY I JEGO POTRZEB

 

Informujemy, że w roku szkolnym 2014/2015 w ramach współpracy i organizacji wsparcia wszystkich typów szkół w obszarze monitorowania rynku pracy na kwalifikacje (szczególnie zawodowe przyszłych pracowników) Obserwatorium Rynku Pracy dla Edukacji w Łódzkim Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli i Kształcenia Praktycznego będzie prowadzić spotkania edukacyjne w nowej formule, tj. konsultacji grupowych.

Terminy spotkań będą wynikały ze zgłoszeń zainteresowanych szkół. Na konsultacje zapraszamy dyrektorów i nauczycieli wszystkich typów szkół, zarówno gimnazjów jak i szkół ponadgimnazjalnych (liceów ogólnokształcących i szkół zawodowych).

Tematyka konsultacji będzie ukierunkowana na prezentację wybranych aktualnych wyników badań z obszaru rynku pracy w kontekście sprzężeń zwrotnych w układzie SZKOŁA – PRACODAWCY oraz prezentacje na temat potrzeb rynku pracy na odpowiednie kadry w tym, zapotrzebowanie na kompetencje zawodowe i społeczne ważne dla rynku pracy, zawody przyszłości i branże rozwojowe.

Konsultacje będą udzielane bezpośrednio w siedzibie ŁCDNiKP w ramach dyżurów pracowników Obserwatorium.
