II edycja projektu „W poszukiwaniu Mistrza”

W poszukiwaniu Mistrza

W każdej szkole pracują nauczyciele, którzy angażują się całym sercem w pracę dydaktyczno- wychowawczą, a ich praca z różnych przyczyn nie może być nagrodzona, ponieważ jej efekty nie są wymierne. Wielu nauczycieli cieszy się ogromną sympatią uczniów i to właśnie o nich  mówią,
że inspirują i motywują do działania. Aby docenić i promować właśnie takich nauczycieli, Ośrodek Zarządzania w Edukacji ŁCDNiKP zaprasza Państwa do udziału w II edycji projektu „W poszukiwaniu Mistrza”

 

Główne cele przedsięwzięcia:

 

  1. Promowanie osiągnięć nauczycieli realizujących nowatorskie rozwiązania w pracy dydaktyczno-wychowawczej.
  2. Inspirowanie nauczycieli do doskonalenia warsztatu pracy.
  3. Doskonalenie umiejętności:

•          komunikacji i współpracy uczniów, nauczycieli i dyrektorów szkół

•          koordynowania pracy zespołu uczniów

Zadaniem uczniów jest wybór jednego nauczyciela, który poprzez swoje zaangażowanie inspiruje ich do rozwoju w różnych dziedzinach i przygotowanie prezentacji, w której przedstawią twórcze efekty jego pasji.

 

Harmonogram działań:

 

  • 22 listopada 2013 - ostateczny termin nadsyłania zgłoszeń do udziału w projekcie
  • koniec listopada - wypracowanie z grupą uczniów (przedstawicieli samorządu szkolnego) wewnątrzszkolnych kryteriów wyboru nauczyciela - pasjonata.
  • 3 grudnia 2013 - warsztaty dla nauczycieli - koordynatorów  w ŁCDNiKP w celu wypracowania wspólnych kryteriów i ustalenie zasad prezentacji wybranych nauczycieli
  • styczeń 2014 - wybór nauczyciela-pasjonata w szkole w oparciu o wspólnie wypracowane kryteria i przesłanie informacji do ŁCDNiKP
  • marzec 2014 - prezentacja Galerii Mistrzów
