ABC GIMNASTYKI

doskonalenie podstawowych elementów technicznych

w gimnastyce sportowej

Serdecznie zapraszamy wszystkich nauczycieli do czynnego uczestnictwa

w spotkaniu, na którym zostaną zaprezentowane ćwiczenia wspomagające działalność      edukacyjną nauczyciela.

Cele spotkania:

  • Doskonalenie podstawowych ćwiczeń gimnastycznych takich jak: przewroty w przód w tył, przerzut bokiem, stanie na rękach.
  • Nauka tworzenia piramid dwu trzy i wieloosobowych w wersji rekreacyjnej.
  • Poznanie podstawowych ćwiczeń z wykorzystaniem ławeczek gimnastycznych takich jak :przejście równoważne, leżenie, przewrotne, siad równoważny itp.
  • Działania wychowawcze, profilaktyczne  jako metody alternatywnego spędzania czasu wolnego i urozmaicenia zajęć wychowania fizycznego.

Czas trwania warsztatów:14.30-16.30

Uczestnicy otrzymają materiały szkoleniowe z pełnym instruktażem prowadzenia zajęć. Wymagany strój sportowy bez zmiany obuwia, ćwiczymy boso lub w skarpetkach.
